Michelle Czaja - Firm Administrator

Michelle has been with the firm since 2019 after relocating from the Chicagoland area to be with her partner, Joe, who works at Florida State University. She is the first full-time administrator at Harvard and Associates and has enjoyed growing professionally through the evolution of the role. Her number one goal is to support her colleagues by providing an exceptional client experience and is always striving to make her colleagues’ jobs a little easier. Michelle is always available to explain a process, answer questions, and provide a sweet treat in the form of Reese’s peanut butter cups.

After graduating from North Central College with an accounting degree, she held several accounting positions at large and small companies throughout the Chicago suburbs.

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Michelle at home doing crafts, reading or watching trash TV. She and her husband also enjoy eating at local restaurants, attending FSU baseball and football games, watching football, and cheering on Chicago sports teams.
